Returns/Exchanges Accepted For:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Size issues

Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on clearance sale
  • Used or altered items
  • Accessories (if any)

Refund Process

  • 1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product includes original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Exchange

  • Based on availability of size/design.
  • If not available, store credit will be issued.
