Conditions
- Request must be raised within 2–3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.

- Used or altered items

Refund Process
- 1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product includes original packaging, tags, and invoice
- A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Exchange
- Based on availability of size/design.
- If not available, store credit will be issued.
